The Physiq sculpts all the major muscle groups preventing muscle loss in the legs and buttocks that often occurs with injectable weight loss medications. Many of our programs are eight weeks in length but may be modified based on weight loss desire and budget.
Physiq
Physiq is one of the newest non-invasive body treatments available. It uses electronic muscle stimulation and laser energy with a multi-modality approach called STEP (Sequential Thermal & Electrical Pulse) Technology to target both muscle and deeper tissue in a single session. The deep heat phase from PHYSIQ’s super luminescent diode matrix (SDM) targets tissue while electrical muscle stimulation phase (EMS) creates muscle contractions to re-educate the muscle in the targeted area.

Fit3D
The program starts with an individualized body analysis, creating your own “avatar” using the Fit3D™ body scanner. This avatar provides precise body circumference measurements along with details of major muscle groups (upper arm, chest, waist, and upper thighs), allowing us to assess your body type, posture, and cardiovascular risk. We then develop a tailored exercise regimen (kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands) in combination with body sculpting. Finally, we provide a stretching and aerobics plan to maintain your healthy physique.
3D avatars show “before & after” figures while capturing hundreds of circumference measurements so you can track your fitness, sculpting and weight loss progress. We send these precise body composition results straight to your email.

We offer Physiq, Morpheus8 and Fit3D (scanning only).

The Physiq may result in some burning sensation and discomfort from muscle contraction.

We do not treat areas that have an active infection, scabs or drainage. Other injuries will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

You need to have adequate hydration by consuming a minimum of 24oz of water before your treatment.

Fit3D may be used repeatedly to detail your body’s progress. Morpheus8 typically requires 2 sessions and 8 weeks to see maximum results. Physiq requires 3 treatments with results varying by client from no significant changes to dramatic improvement after 3 treatments.

Fit3D may be used by anyone and scans the entire body. Morpheus8 may be used in all areas of the body including the face, arms, legs, abdomen and flanks. Any body location that has excess or sagging skin may be treated. The Physiq treatment may be used on the upper arms (triceps, biceps), flanks (love handles), lower back, abdomen (below ribs and above the pelvis), thighs (quadriceps, hamstrings) and calves. No treatment of the pectoral muscles or upper back avoiding any issues with heart irritation.

Each modality is different, but results will be seen in 4-8 weeks with maximum results in 90 days. Results vary by person and depend on each client's muscle structure along with home exercise regimens. If the exercise regimen is not followed, treatment results will be minimum. Change may be minimal to dramatic depending on each body’s response and active exercise participation.

PHYSIQ targets tissues and muscle with its unique STEP technology. STEP programs are customized sequences of timed phases of deep heat and muscle stimulation. The deep heat phase from PHYSIQ’s super luminescent diode matrix (SDM) targets tissue while electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) creates muscle contractions to re-educate the muscle in the targeted area.

BEFORE your PHYSIQ treatment, if necessary, you will want to shave the targeted area. It’s a good idea to increase your water intake prior. PHYSIQ has four independent applicators that can deliver both heat and EMS. Your provider will place up to four applicators spaced along the desired area and secure them with a PHYSIQ band. There is no messy gel required.
DURING your treatment you may feel warmth at the applicator site and you will feel muscle contractions during the EMS phases. Should you feel discomfort, you may use the patient control button which adjusts the energy modulation without impacting the effectiveness of the treatment.
AFTER your treatment, it is important to massage the area with the PHYSIQ body lotion that was designed to complement your body treatment. One bottle of the PHYSIQ body lotion will allow you to continue this massage, twice daily, between treatments.
The area(s) may feel warm for a few hours post-treatment. Strenuous exercise and activities that raise your body temperature should be avoided for at least 48 hours.

PHYSIQ has four applicators which may be used in sets of two on multiple areas in one single session. A maximum of three areas may be treated in one day.

The length of treatment will depend on the area being treated but on average, treatments are thirty minutes.

The recommendation is 5 sessions with each session spaced one week apart. EMS may be used alone to maintain results after full STEP sessions. However, everyone is different so it is important for you to talk to your provider about those areas you’d like to target and your goals.

First, the deep penetration of heat combined with sapphire cooling at the skin’s surface leads to only a minimal increase in the temperature of the epidermis. This allows the patient to be comfortable without sacrificing efficacy. Next, the cycling between heat and EMS with STEP ensures the optimal temperature is reached and maintained throughout the treatment Lastly, patients have a control button to make any adjustments for comfort without impacting the efficacy of the session.
