PHYSICIAN & OWNER
Dr. Rachel McKenna
Dr. Rachel McKenna is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician by training, and has been a skincare fanatic since her youth. Out of interest in the field, while practicing in New York City, she had the good fortune to train with a private plastic and cosmetic surgery practice. There she was introduced to injectables, and has since become certified in administering Botox® and fillers. Dr. McKenna oversees the spa as our medical director.

Laura Marie
Born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, Laura Marie has always had a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin. Over the years, she has lived in various states, from New York to Michigan, gaining diverse experience in the service industry, management, and remote government work.
As the Spa Coordinator, Laura Marie ensures the seamless daily operations of the spa, from scheduling appointments to providing exceptional customer service. With a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a deep knowledge of spa services and products, she creates a welcoming and professional environment for every client. Whether assisting with bookings or ensuring the spa runs smoothly, Laura Marie is dedicated to making each guest’s experience as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Frannie Evers
Frannie is a dedicated and certified aesthetics nurse injector with a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. With 17 years of experience as a nurse, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. Frannie is committed to providing safe and effective treatments and strives to stay current on the latest advancements in aesthetics. She is excited to embark on this new chapter in her career and looks forward to helping her clients look and feel their best. Frannie offers neurotoxin injections, chemical peels and microneedling. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her 11 and 14 year old children and any activities that involve the outdoors. We are grateful for Frannie and happy to have her as part of the team at Resa. She looks forward to sharing her passion with you.
MASTER AESTHETICIAN
Lindsey Lewis
Lindsey was born in Richmond, VA and has always had a love for the beauty industry as a whole. Taking cosmetology as a trade right out of high school, she loved playing around with makeup applications on friends and family. She moved to Austin Texas in 2016, she was working in a beauty store applying makeup and there she learned a bit about skincare. Having struggled with adult acne, she learned about skincare ingredients and treatments that helped clear her skin up. In doing that, she had a newfound confidence and wanted to help people the same way someone helped her. She moved back to Richmond, VA in 2019 and completed her basics and master esthetics education at Lotus Professional College. Lindsey stays up to date on the newest technology, products, continuing her education in the aesthetics world. Lindsey enjoys educating clients before and during their treatments, so they understand the breakdown of the product and exactly how it works.
Lindsey holds many different certifications from cleanliness to product knowledge and application making her a well rounded master esthetician. She looks forward to treating you.
